- 1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tblsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Cup pineapple juice
- 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Soy sauce
- 2 lbs Conecuh Sausage
Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and set aside. Combine all ingredients except sausage. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute. Stir in sausages. Cook slowly for five minutes.
