Conecuh Sausage in Skillet

 

• 1 lb. Conecuh Sausage
• 1/2 to 1 T Crisco
• 1 black iron skillet

For the times when only the taste of hickory smoked sausage will satisfy. (This was Henry's favorite.) Cut sausage into links, and cook on all sides until done.
