- 1 lb. Conecuh Sausage
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1/2 cup water
Cut the Conecuh Sausage into serving size pieces, set aside. Quarter cabbage, core and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place cabbage in a 10 inch skillet that has a tight fitting lid. Place the Conecuh Sausage on top - cook until cabbage is tender, approximately 15 minutes.
